For over 35 years, Greg has been a trusted advisor and hands-on implementer of software solutions. He has guided numerous companies in a variety of sizes across many industries including Healthcare, Aerospace, Industrial and Chemical Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, and eCommerce. His proficiency spans Finance, Distribution, Process and Discrete Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Customer Relationship Management.

Greg began in Accountancy and Auditing, transitioned from Accountant to Developer, then joined an Independent Software Vendor managing client implementations and leading consulting teams.

Greg went on to found BHE and grew it to be an industry-recognized Value-Added Reseller. At BHE, Greg leads with vision and strategic acumen. He upholds unwavering adherence to best practices in all aspects of Client Engagements and Product Development, setting an exemplary standard for the team.

Meet Russ, a proud Weymouth native who has proudly called Massachusetts home throughout his entire life. Known for his infectious love for the outdoors and a perpetually radiant smile, Russ is not just a natural storyteller, but also a captivating one.

In his role as Vice President at BHE, he forges strong connections with our clients, overseeing projects from inception to long-term implementation. Russ excels at guiding our clients through the ever-evolving landscape of new technologies, enhancements to existing solutions, and the judicious timing for upgrades.

Russ’s journey is marked by a decade of experience as a national salesman for a local enterprise before he co-founded BHE Consulting alongside Greg. In the past two decades, he has expertly navigated various platforms, including Acumatica, Sage, Intacct, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Salesforce. His expertise spans across diverse industries, including Construction, Technology Financial Services, Education, Nonprofit, Manufacturing, and Wholesale/Distribution.

Vicki’s extensive and diverse business experience gives her a unique perspective along with a collaborative and strategic approach to help companies achieve success.

Throughout her career, Vicki has led Professional Services teams and managed many merger, acquisitions and divestitures. She has orchestrated numerous ERP system implementations, CRM software integrations, and data and voice communication systems. Her track record in process improvement, project and team management, and customer relationship management ensures smooth transitions during implementations.

Vicki is dedicated to helping companies navigate and implement the most suitable technology, business systems and software platforms. She works closely with clients to optimize their business processes and efficiencies, to ultimately boost profitability and reach their growth objectives.
